Thai Fried Rice W/ Shrimp

12 oz peeled prawns
2 scallions
1 tomato
1 onion
10 oz rice
2 tablespoon oil
4 tablespoon lite soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
1. Let the prawns marinade in the soy sauce and
pepper.
2. Cook up the rice, and then let it set, to cool
down.
3. Dice the onions and tomato, and cut the
scallions into 2 inch long pieces.
4. Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the prawns until
they bright pink.
5. Add onions, tomatoes, and scallions and stir-fry
for just another minute or two.
6. Stir in rice and get it all hot again.
7. Season with soy sauce and sugar to taste.
(remember, a little soy sauce goes a long way.
You can also use fish sauce for this, if you can
get it)
