Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Chips

1 large sweet potato
2 teaspoon of canola oil
1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Recommended Products
1) Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking oil or line then with parchement paper.
2) Slice potato using a mandolin, food processor or by hand. Each slice shouldn't be more than 1/8 inch thick.
3) Put sliced potatoes, oil, salt and pepper all in a bag. Seal the bag and shake well. Make sure ever slice is well coated with oil and seasoning.
4) Line each slice of potato on the baking sheet without overlapping. Bake chips until they begin to lightly brown, about 15 minutes. Flip the chips and bake for another 10 mins.
5) Remove from oven and cool. Chips will crisp as they cool.
