Tuscan Biscuits "cantuccini"

2/3 pound of flour
7 ounces of sugar
3 ounces of melted butter
1/3 pound of roasted and chopped almonds
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Create a homogeneous mixture and then make three slim loaves.
Bake at medium temperature (180°C)for about 15' - 20', cut the biscuits gently and put them in the oven to roast (5' - 10' at 200°C).
