1 pound of flour
1/3 pound of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/3 pound of melted butter
1/3 pound of raisins
1/4 pound of candied orange
a little of milk
4 eggs
Mix the egg yolks with sugar, then add the flour a little at a time adding a little butter when the dough hardens.
When the butter ends put the milk enough to make a dough firm but not too hard.
Then whisk the egg whites and add to the mixture.
Finally put salt, yeast, raisins and candied peel.
Grease a baking dish with butter, pour the mixture and bake at 200°C.
