Tenderloin With Green Pepper

4 slices of tenderloin
3 spoons of green pepper
1 spoon of flour
a little cognac or brandy
3 spoons of sour cream
3 spoons of vegetable broth
2 butter nut
2 spoons of oil
salt
Pound the green pepper and spread half on a plate.
Heat oil and brown the tenderloins with a little flour.
Adhere pepper on the tenderloins by pressing the meat on the plate.
Discard oil from pan, pour the broth, add the butter, melt it, add the sour cream, and after a time add the meat, salt, flambé with brandy and serve.
