Roman Way Lamb

2 pounds lamb meat
2 ounces extra virgin olive oil
1 sprig of rosemary
2 garlic cloves
2 salted anchovies
3 spoons of white vinegar
salt
pepper

Brown mashed garlic in oil, slick lamb meat into pieces than stir fry it with the garlic.
Season with salt and pepper, add the chopped rosemary with anchovies and vinegar so cook.
Serve the lamb hot, covered with its sauce.
For proper execution of the recipe fire must be pretty lively in order to brown the meat well, and low enough to not dry the sauce.
