Tapai Cassava

1) Cassava 5 kg
2) Yeast 5 plates
3) Water taste
4) Yeast two plates tapai

1) Peel the cassava and cut into pieces according to the desired size
then wash;

3) Gerus yeast until smooth and then spread to the flat on cassava;

taro or plastic, then cover;
