Roast Potatoes With Garlic & Rosemary

Small bag of butter potatoes ( 10 potatoes) cut in halves

Fresh Rosemary

5 cloves Fresh Garlic diced

2 tablespoons Oilve Oil

Salt & fresh ground pepper

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Oven at 375

Cut small potatoes in half

Add olive oil over the potatoes

add chopped rosemary & garlic. ( 1 Tablespoon of rosemary )

Sprinkle rosemary & garlic over the potatoes

Cover with foil & place in the oven for 15 minutes, uncover and continue to cook until golden brown (about 10-15 more minutes) until tender

When done, remove the potatoes, add the salt & pepper,

Add fresh rosemary & fresh cilantro for garnish.
