2 cups milk
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons jam, jelly or preserves (any flavor)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all of the ingredients in a blender; blend for 3 minutes or until smooth. Serve cold.

I haven't tried peanut butter for a shake, I usually do fruits. But when I tried this recipe, I've been making it every week. My kids love it too! It's so delicious! thanks for sharing
