Italian Stuffed Meatloaf

2 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
3/4 -/+ large can of Italian style bread crumbs
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper
3 tsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
3/4 -/+ of a large jar of Spaghetti Sauce (meat style Ragu is what I use)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 small bag of shredded mozzarella
1 small bag of shredded Provolone
Butter a large casserole pan.
Mix all ingredients, minus the shredded cheeses, together in a big bowl with your hands till its mixed good and stickin together.
Press it all into the buttered casserole pan evenly.
Using a spoon make 2 deep grooves in it longways.
Fill those 2 grooves with shredded mozzarella and shredded provolone cheese.. You can do one kind in one groove and the other kind in the other groove , but I mix um both in each one.. Lol
Use the spoon to cover the cheese stuffed grooves back over with the meat.
Spread the remaining 1/4 of the Ragu over the top of the whole thing.
Sprinkle on more shredded cheeses.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and set for about 20 minutes or itll be kinda mushy.
Slice it up , eat it , feel like you're in heaven..

Chef's Note & Story
I grew up in a deeply Italian cultured part of the South Side of Chicago. One of my friends loved making a variation of this dish so improved on it with a couple of the ingredients and made it my own.
