6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts/cutlets
1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed, drained
8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced
6 slices bacon
1/2 c mushrooms, chopped
1/4 c walnuts, chopped
Paprika to taste
Preheat oven to 350
Line baking pan with foil
Spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray
Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 in thickness
In small bowl, combine feta, mayo, garlic
Place 1/3 c filling in center of ea breast
Sprinkle w/ paprika
Roll one strip bacon around each breast
Secure breast with toothpicks
Place on dish and bake for 55-60 minutes
