Matt's Crunchy Chicken Casserole

3 c cooked chicken (rotisserie/pkg), diced
1 c cream of chicken soup
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
2 c celery, finely chopped
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c toasted almonds
1/2 c fried onion rings, chopped (Durkee's)
Preheat oven to 350
In large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients
Mix well
Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole dish
Bake 40 minutes 
Crumble onion rings and sprinkle over top
Bake 5 more minutes

This is like green bean casserole but made with chicken. Great idea for leftover chicken!
