Chicken And Artichokes

3-4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
2 large cans artichokes hearts, cut in 1/2
1/2 lb fresh mushroom, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
6 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped fine
2/3 c chicken broth
1/4 c dry sherry
salt/pepper/paprika to taste

Preheat oven to 375
Melt 4 Tbsp of butter in skillet
Season chicken and cut into bite-size pcs
Add chicken to skillet and cook til done
Remove chicken to baking dish
Melt 2 Tbsp butter in same skillet
Saute onions/mushrooms/artichoke hearts
Sprinkle flour over mushrooms
Stir in the broth, sherry, and rosemary
Cook 5 minutes, then pour over chicken
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes
