2 pkg boneless/skinless chicken thighs
4 potatoes, peeled, rinsed and cubed
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 15 oz can tomato sauce (plus 1 small can)
1 c dry white wine (ie. chardonnay)
1 sm jar stuffed green olives, cut in half
1 bay leaf, cut in half
Put all ingredients in crock pot (in order)
Cover and cook 4-6 hours on high
Stir occasionally
Serve when chicken is thoroughly cooked
