Cheesy Mashed Potato

1 big potato
50 g of cheese
1 knob of butter
1 or 2 Oz of whole cow’s milk

Recommended Products

Boil or steam the potato till it is soft. Cut in small pieces. Add butter and cheese while potato pieces are warm, mashed them with a folk or masher. Add the milk as last and mashed until everything is well-mixed and well-mashed.
