1 or 2 piece of chicken breast
1 regular size carrot
1 knob of butter
1 small onion
4 tbsp of baby’s usual milk (optional)

Steam the chicken breast and carrot, cut them in small pieces.
Heat the butter in a pan, then add the chopped onion, cooked till onions are soft and cooked, you can add little water or milk if it’s got dry. Then add the chopped chicken and carrot. After baby is 1 year old, you can add slightly amount of salt. For your favorite texture, you can use grinder or blender according to the baby’s ability of chewing.
