Ingredients
2/3 cup butter, room temperature
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar
3 cups Soft as Silk cake flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 cup milk
4 large eggs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Vegetable spray two 8 inch or one 10 cake pan (3 inches deep). Line with parchment paper
2. Cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for 5 minutes. Stop and scrape the bow. Cream for an additional 60 seconds
3. Sift flour and baking powder together. In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole eggs and milk.
4. Alternately add the flour mixture and egg-milk mixture to the batter in three turns. Mix until the batter is smooth. Spoon batter into prepared pans
5. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes for 8 inch pans, and 60 to 70 minutes for 10 inch pan or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
