2 small size baby carrots or 1 regular size carrot
1-2 Oz of baby's usual milk ( breast milk or formula )
Steam the carrot in the steamer until it is very tender. Steaming times could be vary and around 15-20 minutes. Then chop the carrot in small size, put it in the blender or food processor, add little cooked water or breast milk or formula milk to make the taste familiar for baby and easy to swallow the puree in first time. Then blend it till texture is so smooth. Left over can be freeze for next time or use in adult dishes.
