Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie

2 cups chilled fresh or frozen blueberries, slightly thawed
1 cup chilled pineapple-orange juice, or pineapple-orange-strawberry
juice
1 8-ounce carton vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar
In a blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover and blend for 1
to 2 minutes or until almost smooth.
