Chicken Parmesan (chicken Only)

Boneless Chicken Breasts (2-4)
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of Milk
Seasoned bread crumbs
olive oil
8-10 slices mozzarella cheese
16 oz spaghetti tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese
salt

Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness.
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt.
Whisk together egg and milk.
Dip the chicken breasts in the milk and egg mix and then again in the bread crumbs.
Heat 3-4 table spoons of olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
Fry the chicken in the heated oil until it turns golden-brown.
Set the chicken in the baking dish.
Put two pieces of the sliced mozzarella cheese on each piece of chicken breast.
Pour spaghetti tomato sauce evenly over the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle chicken breasts with parmesan cheese.
Preheat oven to 350° and bake for about 20 minutes.
