1 kilo cauliflower
2 eggs
bread crumbs
olive oil
butter
Boil plenty water slated lightly. When the water is boiling, put the whole cauliflower in the pot. Cook for ten minutes (if its a small cauliflower) to fifteen minutes (if it is big). Drain the cauliflower and cool.
divide Large parts of the flowers. Beat the eggs. Dip the cauliflower before the eggs and then bread crumbs. Fry the cauliflower in olive oil and butter mixture until brown from all sides. Serve.
This is like VEGE tempura! I should make these for my kids since they hate to eat anything that's GREEN!
