Roasted Honey Glazed Carrots ~Very Easy

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.Serves 4
1 small bag of carrots, or 12 carrots . Peel & cut on the diagonal into 2-inch lengths and halved lengthwise if thick.
1 tablespoon olive oil
Coarse salt and ground pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon honey
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. On a r baking sheet cover with foil ( after-ward easy to clean up ) , toss carrots with oil; season with sea salt and pepper.
Roast, tossing once, until tender, 30 to 35 minutes.
add Honey 5 minutes before the carrots are done.
Remove from oven & enjoy as a side dish.

Kids will love these carrots.
Great as a side dish with chicken, pork roast or leg of lamb.
I have tried other flavorful variations, like vegetable or chicken stock, rum or bourbon, white wine or any number of juices (mmm…apple juice glazed butter carrots)and this one looks simply delicious!
My kid doesn't like veges that much. But this one can be an exemption...looks very tasty.
