Teriyaki Chicken Rice Burger

1 Chicken Drumstick or Breast, deboned
Marinade:
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Mirin
1 tablespoon wine
2 tablespoon soy sauce
Others:
1/2 bowl of cooked rice, shaped into rice cake
3 Lettuce leaf
1 slice Onion, Saute to slightly brown
1 slice Tomato
A squeeze of Mayonnaise
1 strip Nori
1. Mix the marinade.
2. Pour the marinade over the chicken and 3. 4. marinate for at least ½ hour.
3. Dust chicken with corn flour and sauté in pan till lightly burnt. Pour away excess oil.
4. Pour the remaining marinade for the 7. chicken in the pan.
5. Cook till the sauce thickens.
6. Place chicken on lettuces & tomato and top it with onions, mayonnaise and rice cake.
Wrap it with a strip of Nori.
