Watermelon Kool Aid Cookies
1 package, 16 oz, watermelon Kool aid powder(don't get the one with sugar added)
1 2/3 c. white sugar
1 1/4 c softened butter
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 cups all pupose flour, pack it down
1/2 cup white sugar, set in a bowl
1. Mix Kool aid with sugar
2.softened butter and mix until it's nice and fluffy.
3. add eggs and mix well.
4. mix in salt and baking soda.
5. add flour in 1/2 c. increments, mixing after each addition.
6. spray cookies sheets with nonstick cooking spray
7. roll the cookie balls in the bowl of white sugar and place them on the sheet, 12 to a sheet.
8. bake at 325 degress for 10 to 12 minutes or until they're just beginning to turn golden. Don't overbake
9.let cookies cool on sheets for one minute
