Mexican Meatloaf Mix by The Gourmet Cupboard
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz green chiles (optional)
Recommended Products
Combine 1 lb ground meat with 1/2 cup of salsa and the Mexican Meatloaf Mix.
Mix well, and press into a 9x5 loaf pan.
Top with the remaining salsa, chiles (optional), and shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes or until done.
