Missouri Style Fried Ravioli
1 pkg frozen ravioli thawed out- cheese,beef or mushroom.
2 C. panko bread crumbs
1 C. milk or Buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon parsley,oregano,garlic powder,onion powder.
Oil - for frying
1 jar of marinara sauce
1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
Pour enough oil in large fry pan about 2 inch deep. Heat oil over medium heat until about 325 degrees.
While your oil is heating get ready to start dipping your ravioli by put milk in one bowl panko bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
Spices in separte bowl mixed together.
Then start dipping ravioli's one at a time in milk allow to drip then sprinkle with spice mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
Place ravioli on cookie sheet, continue to dip the entire package of ravioli.
put into hot oil and cook until golden brown turning only once, put onto a platter lined with lettus.
Mix Marinara sauce and parmesan cheese together, dip ravioli and enjoy.
