Baked Bacon Egg & Ricotta Buns

2 bread rolls, insides removed
Small handful of diced bacon
2 eggs
3 tbsp ricotta
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
Oregano
Pepper
1. Sprinkle bacon and ricotta cheese inside the rolls
2. Crack 1 egg carefully into each roll
3. Sprinkle with oregano and pepper
4. Bake at 350F (180 C) for 10 mins
5. Remove and sprinkle mozzarella cheese
6. Bake at 300 F (150 C) for 4 mins
