Salmon Patty Cakes

1 Can Salmon with juice
3 Tbs pickle juice
3 Tbs Mayo or Mircle whip
2 eggs
1 Tbs Parsley Flakes
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp onion flakes
1 whole Onion chopped small
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
4 Tbs finely cut Celery with leaves
1 1/2 - 2 Cup Martha White Cornmeal Mix
Oil or Shorting for frying

Mix everything together but corn meal, Let this mixture set in refrigerator for 30 Minutes, take out and Mix in the corn meal. Heat oil on Medium drop by spoonful and flatten cook on each side till golden brown.
