3 lb. Pork Tenderloin
1 lb crispy fried bacon crumbled
1 box of club crackers crushed
6-8 eggs beaten up
2 lbs Real Butter ( Not Maragine )
Salt aqnd Pepper to taste

Slice your tenderloin into 3 x 3 cuts thin but not too thin, in separte bowl beat your eggs. In another bowl add crushed crackers and crumbled bacon. In large frying pan add some butter heat on medium heat, when butter is hot put Bacon crackered loin into pan salt and peper to taste, turning only once. Serve on garnished dish with rice and/or vegtables.

This is something new, haven't tied pork tenderloin with crushed crackers yet.
My youngest will really love this.... crunchy and yummy!
