Blueberry Coffee Cake
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 2/3 cups flour
2 cups oats
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 cups skim milk
2 eggs
6 tablespoons applesauce
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2) Combine first 8 ingredients.
3) Mix milk, egg, and oil.
4) Add to dry ingredients and mix until moistened.
5) Add blueberries.
6) Pour into a 9x13 pan which has been sprayed with non-stick coating.
7) Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
