Frosted Pineapple Cake
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Frosting:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1) In bowl combine cake ingredients; mix well.
2) Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan.
3) Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
4) Cool completely.
5) For frosting, in mixing bowl combine frosting ingredients; beat until smooth.
6) Frost cake.
