1 teaspoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup grape tomatoes (halves)
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup corn
1 lb cooked pasta
1) In a teaspoon of olive oil, saute 3 cloves garlic, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes and 1 cup grape tomatoes which have been cut in half.
2) Add 1 cup corn and cook for 1 minute.
3) Splash with balsamic vinegar.
4) Then add to 1 pound cooked pasta and top with mozzarella or goat cheese.
