Cacik (turkish Tsatsiki)

* 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
* 1 17.5-oz carton of Greek yogurt like Fage (I use 2%)
* 1 bunch fresh mint
* 2 garlic cloves, finely minced (I like to use a garlic press for this)
* 1 - 2 tsp salt
* A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (optional)

1. Mix all ingredients together well

2. Drizzle with olive oil if desired before serving if desired
