Fried Potatoes With Bacon And Onion

1/2 pound bacon, slices slivered
1 large onion
6 large potatoes
1 tsp. garlic salt +/-
Butter
Recommended Products
Cut and cube potatoes and par boil, drain and set aside.
Fry bacon in large frying pan till crisp.
Add onions and cook til transparent.
Add about 2 tablespoons of butter, let melt. Add 1 tsp of garlic salt.
Add potatoes and cook till the potatoes crisp up alittle. Add more butter if it looks dry.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Stir and serve. YUM!

Chef's Note & Story
My family would eat this every night if I let them. I also save bacon grease from other cookings and use that in place of the butter to help brown up the potatoes.
