Bacon Toped Meatloaf

3 1bs of ground beef
1/2 cup of onion
1/2 cup of bell peppers any color
1/2 cup of any flavor of bread crumbs
4 garlic cloves chopped small
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 pound of bacon
1/2 cup of ketchup for inside
1/4 cup of ketchup on top

mix all the ingredients together place in a baking pan form a nice loaf smear the ketchup on top bake for 30 min then take out and lay the bacon over the top and cook for another hour at 350 degrees or until done
