My Fathers Bacon Wrapped Swordfish

4 swordfish steaks
Juice of 2 lemons
4 toothpicks
4 pieces of bacon raw
1/2 cup of white wine
A few grinds of lemon pepper grinder
Pyrex dish
Recommended Products
Place the swordfish steaks into the Pyrex dish with the juice of the 2 lemons, 1/2 cup of white wine and a few grinds of the lemon pepper grinder.
Marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator
Wrap swordfish with bacon around the edge and place a toothpick in to keep bacon in place while grilling.
Cook fish on grill at medium heat about 6 minutes on each side of the fish.
The bacon will give the fish great flavor and keep it moist.

This was something my dad make for my brother and I growing up. You could use any type of fish steak. My dad always said that the reason we put bacon around the swordfish steak is to keep it moist and give it a great flavor.
