Raw Oysters With Ginger Lime Mignonette Sauce

3 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tsp peeled and grated fresh ginger
1 green onion (green part only), finely minced
1/2 tsp grated lime zest
Dash of black pepper
Dash of salt to taste

1) Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before you plan to serve.

2) Spoon 1/2 tsp on each raw oyster, grilled oyster or clams before serving.
