Amazing Chicken Skewers

1 lemon juiced
2 teaspoons dried organic oregano
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil cold pressed
3-chicken breasts cut into one inch pieces
Refrigerate/Marinate chicken for 2-3 hours in above marinade
Place chicken on metal skewers and place on foil lined baking pan.
If using wood skewers place skewers in water 1 hour prior to placing chicken on them.
Bake at 350 for twenty minutes.

Recommended Products

Look at above ingredients and steps. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Serve over spinach or romaine lettuce.
I prefer spinach but my hubby is picky and likes romaine.
