Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts

Wash each boneless chicken breast.
Pound to medium thin.
Lightly coat inside of chicken breast with Mayo.
*You CAN add Bacon to the inside of chicken as well...
Place a butter pat with tarragon on top of Mayo & Chicken.
Roll up Chicken and secure with toothpick.
Take 1 to 2 pieces of Bacon and wrap the chicken roll up with Bacon slice(s).
Place in baking pan and bake @ 325-350 degrees according to your ovens CHICKEN cooking directions. MAKE SURE chicken shows NO PINK after being baked.
Serve with rice or potatoes and veg.
*IF YOU ENJOY EXTRA BACON taste, you can add bacon pieces inside the chicken roll up.
Cheddar Cheese can also be added to inside layer of chicken for more added flavor!!
