4 pcs chicken breast fillets
1 8gms seasong ( any )
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 eggs
salt to taste
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
oil for frying
Flatten chicken breast fillets until the meat is of even thickness, about 1/2 inch.
Cut meat into uniform serving portions. Rub with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and lemon juice. Let stand 20 min.
Beat eggs with salt and 2 tbsp water.
Dust each chicken piece with flour then dip in the egg mixture.
Roll in breadcrumbs to coat. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Drain in paper towels.
If desired, serve the breaded fillets with gravy. Brown 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp flour in a saucepan. Stir in 2 cups of chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until thick.
Whether it is served for lunch or dinner or packed in a lunch box, this chicken dish will always be an all time family favorite
