Weave bacon in a 8x8 or 9x9 square
spread sausage evenly on woven bacon
lay the sliced ham or turkey in middle of sausage
roll the weave up enclosing sausage and deli meat
rub the outside with brown sugar
place in smoker an smoke for 2 hrs
You can also bake it in the oven at 425 degrees for 30 - 45 min.
Remove from heat and slice it and enjoy.

I have a similar recipe for bacon explosion. I do not use brown sugar or ham in my recipe. I have only baked mine in the oven. Might have to explore this explosion with brown sugar and on the pit! Great recipe, one of my faves!
