Ingredients:
2 ripe, Fresh Hass Avocados, seeded, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch wedges
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 cup crushed corn cereal flakes
Buffalo Sauce (see-make ahead recipe below)
Buffalo Sauce
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1)Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2) Sprinkle avocado wedges w/ lime juice , salt and cayenne pepper.
3) Roll avocado wedges in crushed cereal to coat and place on a baking sheet.
5) Bake for 5 to 6 minutes or until coating just barely begins to brown.
6) Serve warm with Buffalo Sauce.

Buffalo Sauce.:
1) Place sour cream in a small bowl.
2) Stir in lime juice, hot pepper sauce and salt until incorporated.
Who would have thought these are avocados. I thought they're chicken or fish fillet
