Best Bacon Bites
12 Jalepenos
(1) 8 oz package of cream cheese
(1) 4 oz package of goat cheese
1 Package of peppered bacon

Directions:
Pre-heat oven @ 400 degrees
Cream together 4 oz of cream cheese with 4 oz of goat cheese.
Cut jalepenos in half long ways.
Make sure to clean them very well.
Cut all the bacon in half.
Fill each jalepeno with the cheese mixture, wrap the jalepeno with the peppered bacon.
Place all the jalepenos on a foiled sheet pan and bake at 400 degrees apx 30 minutes. (depending on your oven) Some may cook slightly faster.
