Bacon Mac & Cheese

2 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/2 lb Bacon
4oz cream cheese
4oz sharp white chedder cheese
1oz parmesan cheese
1/2 lb uncooked cellentani pasta
coarsely ground black pepper

bring the chicken stock to a boil.

meanwhile cook bacon till crispy (or how you like it.

while bacon cookes grate the parmesan and white chedder cheese, and cube the cream cheese.

once the chicken stock is boiling add pasta, all the cheeses and black pepper. stir occasionally

continue to boil mixture for about 10 min or to desired tenderness and sauce is trhickened

stir in about a 1/4 of the bacon into the mixture. and leave the rest for the top of each portion. serve immediately

my kids love this recipe and its quick and so much better then the powdered orange kind. i just keep the white cheddar and parmesan in the frezzer so have it on hand to make this anytime
