    NOTE:

    Personal Creation

  • Ingredients

    4 ripe bananas
    4 tsp cinnamon powder
4 tablespoon chocolate chips (no chopping required)
4 tablespoon whiskey (optional, for adults only)

    Directions

    1) Cut each banana into half.

    2) Preheat oven to 400F

    3) Prepare 8 pieces of aluminium foil. Big enough to wrap each piece of banana.

    4) My kids usually do the following 2 steps. Put 1 piece of banana in the middle of an aluminium foil

    5) Sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate chips and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder.

    6) Wrap it up and repeat for the remaining banana pieces.

    7) For adults, you may want to add 1/2 tablespoon of whiskey to each banana before wrapping.

    8) Put all wrapped bananas on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 7 mins, or till chocolate is melted.

    9) Unwrap and enjoy!

    Chef's Note & Story

You can also put the wrapped bananas on a grill.
