Bacon Wrapped Grilled Corn
8 ears fresh corn
1 (2.1oz) package Hormel Fully Cooked Bacon or cook bacon in microwave
Recommended Products
1) Remove husks and silk from the corn
2) Rinse and pat dry
3) Gather about 15 toothpicks and cut them in half
4) Using one of the toothpicks, secure the first piece of bacon at the top of an ear of corn and wrap it in a spiral to the center of the corn
5) Place the end of the second piece of bacon on top of the end from the first piece and secure it with a toothpick
6) Continue wrapping the second piece of bacon around the corn and fasten the end with a toothpick
7) Spray the corn and attached bacon with cooking spray
8) Continue with the remaining ears of corn
9) Place bacon wrapped corn on the outdoor grill over medium-hot coals and cook, turning often, until corn is golden brown and bacon is crisp (about 5 to 10 minutes)
