Creamy Tropical Dessert
pkg. (3 oz.) ladyfingers, split
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 teaspoon CRYSTAL LIGHT Strawberry Orange Banana Flavor Drink Mix
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, thawed
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
LINE bottom and side of 1 1/2-qt. glass serving bowl with ladyfingers; set aside.
BEAT cream cheese, bananas and drink mix in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended and smooth. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping and oranges. Spoon into prepared bowl.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.
Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

I still have biscocho left. Maybe I could use it instead of ladyfingers. With that kind of cream, anything would taste great!
