Ingredients
1 stick butter, melted 
1 tsp butter flavored extract 
2 large or 3 medium bananas, mashed 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 egg, beaten 
1 cup sugar 
1 cup flour 
1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1 tsp water 
1 cup pecans
Directions
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir to mix. Add melted butter, egg, and butter extract. Fold in mashed bananas and pecans.
Pour into a well greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes. Check at 45 minutes, as it depends on your oven.

Mary, I'm so glad you liked it! It's so easy and is even better the next day - if there's leftovers!

I just made this, it's AWESOME! I used vanilla extract instead of butter extract though. It's just as YUMMY!
I guess this recipe will taste as good with walnuts.
