Stuffed Tomato With Fish Recipe
1 lb Cooked and mashed fish
8 tomatoes
5 boiled and mashed potatoes
1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp gram masala powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
salt (to taste).
1) Using a medium bowl, mix cooked fish, gram masala powder, red chili powder, salt and coriander leaves.
2) Fry this mixture in 1 tablespoon of oil for about 5 minutes in a pan and then take off the pan from the heat.
3) Take tomatoes, cut the slice from the top of each tomato.
4) Scoop out the centers of the tomatoes.
5) Turn the hollow tomatoes upside down on the paper towel and drain them.
6) Stuff each tomato with 3/4th of the prepared mixture.
7) Now keep the mashed potatoes on the top to seal the opening.
8) Sprinkle the bread crumbs over it . (Repeat the same with all other tomatoes.)
9) Keep the stuffed tomatoes in the oven and bake them at 375 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes or until the top gets golden brown and the tomatoes get soft.
10) Take out from the oven and serve them hot.
