Ingredients
1 mango
1 apple
1 cup milk or soy milk
Directions
1) Peel mango and cut into cubes. Remove seed.
2) Cut apple into cubes. Remove core.
3) In a blender, add mango, apple and 1/2 cup of milk. Mix well. If it's too thick, add remaining milk. Blend well. Add more milk if you prefer a less thick consistency.
4) Chill in fridge or serve immediately.

I love this combination. You can also use green mango if you like the sour taste. It's really good and healthy.
